Telehealth Consultations
What to Expect
We offer secure and convenient Telehealth appointments for patients with neurological conditions such as headache and epilepsy. Here's what you need to know:
Appointment Access
You will receive your appointment time along with a secure video consultation link via email or SMS. You can join the consultation using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Prepare Your Environment
Please ensure that you are in a quiet, private location with good internet connectivity at the time of your appointment. This helps ensure a smooth and effective consultation.
Witness Information (if applicable)
If your blackout or seizure was witnessed, it is very helpful to have the witness available during the consultation, or at least on standby. This allows the neurologist to gather a first-hand description of the event, which can greatly assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Private Specialist Clinic
This is a private medical service, and fee details will be provided to you when you request an appointment. A referral from your GP or another specialist is usually required.
